Current Membership
Of the 60 Wing Members:
- Half of our members have served with the Canadian Air Force.
- Another third are former members of the Canadian Navy and Army, the US Navy, Army and Air Force, the Royal Air Force and British Army, and the Air Forces of Belgium, Germany, Mexico, Spain and Sweden. The remaining members have exclusively civilian backgrounds – most have been engaged in some aspect of the aviation industry.
Membership Fees
Memberships expire on 30 June of each year and national renewal fees are sent to AFAC HQ Ottawa in July. Since 904 Wing does not hold any Regular Meetings during May, June, July and August, members who wish to maintain their membership in AFAC and 904 Wing must pay their annual national and wing fees to the Wing Treasurer not later than the April meeting. Snowbirds should pay their fees before they return north.

Membership Eligibility
Membership in 904 Wing and the Air Force Association of Canada is open to anyone with:
Regular or Reserve service in:
- Any branch of the Canadian Forces
- An Air Arm of an allied nation (Commonwealth, WWII, Korea , NATO, GWI); or
Service in:
- The Royal Canadian Air Cadets
- The Department of National Defence
- The Aerospace Industry/Civil Aviation (government or private sector).
Anyone with a demonstrated interest in aviation who does meet the above criteria will be considered for membership on an individual basis.
