Three options
- Cocomut chicken strips topped with a zesty citric Jezebel sauce; served with saffron rice and a medley of seasonal vegetables.
- White fish fillet topped with a white wine Bercy sauce and 3 garlic and herb grilled shrimp; accompanied by saffron rice and a medley of seasonal vegetables.
- Roast Baron of Beef, thinly sliced and served with mashed potatoes, natural gravy and seasonal vegetables.
All meals will include an entre of a baby green salad served with artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, red onions and a champagne vinaigrette; hot bolillos and butter patties; raspberry short cake served with French vanilla whipped creme; a complementary Kahlua, Creme de Menth or Brandy; tea or coffee.
